Ning Feng performs Beethoven’s Violin Concerto with Hong Kong Philharmonic and van Zweden

Ning Feng returns to the Hong Kong Philharmonic, under the baton of Music Director Jaap van Zweden, to perform Beethoven’s Violin Concerto for three performances on 11, 13 and 14 December.

Performances will take place in Taipei’s Zhongshan Hall (11 December), and in the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall (13 and 14 December).

Feng’s recent debut with the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, conducted by Iván Fischer, was praised by the Berlin press:

“The Chinese violinist Ning Feng surprised with a direct, highly virtuosic approach, and after two dazzlingly masterful encores, he was justifiably celebrated.”
Berliner Morgenpost

“In Bernstein’s Serenade, most notably, Ning Feng on solo violin produced a shimmering sea of colour.”
