Liszt Chamber Orchestra at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music

After a highly successful debut last year, Ning Feng returns to the Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra for a performance at Budapest’s Franz Liszt Academy of Music on 11 February 2016. This time, Ning leads a play/direct programme which features Mozart Violin Concerto No.5, Sarasate Zigeunerweisen, Barber Adagio for Strings and Bartók Divertimento for String Orchestra.

Later in the month Ning makes his debut at La Jolla Music Society in recital on 21 February with pianist Jeeyoon Kim, performing a programme including Mozart, Beethoven, de Falla, Korngold and Waxman, which they repeat on 27 February at Foothill College, Los Altos Hills. Ning also takes part in the La Jolla Music Society’s educational initiative, appearing as soloist with the San Diego Youth Symphony with a performance of Vieuxtemps Violin Concerto No.5 on 26 February at San Diego’s Museum of Contemporary Art.
